Term and Condition

– The price you pay already includes Phytosanitary Certificate and Shipping (DHL express/FedEx)

– Make sure your address & Paypal address are match before you pay

– Pelase put phone number and email adress for DHL/FedEx info. Customer should be contactable because they require signature on delivery.

– It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is not forbidden in his/her country

– By purchasing plant overseas, customer should understand that the plant might be not in its best condition before shipping due to long transportation process and need time to recover.

– It is with best assumption that customer has the knowledge and experience of plant care.

– Custom clearance, import duties & taxes (if required) are the customer’s responsibility. In some countries such as European Countries, Customer usually have to pay duty tax to release the Custom Clearance.

– If Customer failed to meet the deadline from DHL Express/FedEx and the package is not delivered, then we don’t take any responsibility

– Any lost package must be claimed by customer at local post or local expedition in your country

– Please note that some countries require Import Permit or other document. It is customer obligation to provide the required Import Permit.
For example :
a. Canada and Australia required the customer to provide Import Permit.
b. United Kingdom required the customer to provide PEACH from The Horticultural Marketing Inspectorate Government of United Kingdom.
c. Customer from USA should provide import permit to purchase more than 12 plants.

– If the plant is dead when arrived in maximum 5 days shipping duration (count from the dispatch date), the options you can choose is Plant replacement that ship with plants in next order or Refund maximum 50% of order value plus taxes. Pictures or video of the plants conditions must be sent as a proof, within 24 hours after plants arrival.
